If you use Collex on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must use Collex in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and device access credentials.

You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our breach of security obligations.

3. Service Description and Availability

Collex provides color-related tools including color extraction, palette generation, format conversion, and related workflows. Features may evolve, be added, removed, or modified over time.

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Collex for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to interfere with system integrity, bypass restrictions, or access data without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where legally permitted.
• Use automated abuse patterns that degrade service quality.

5. User Content and Permissions

You retain ownership of content you submit (for example, images or text prompts). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely for operating, securing, improving, and supporting Collex.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and process submitted content.

6. Intellectual Property

Collex and its original content, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials.

7. Subscription, Billing, and Renewals

Certain features are available through paid subscriptions ("Collex Pro"), including weekly, monthly, and yearly plan options.

• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal time in your app marketplace account settings.
• Pricing, taxes, and billing cycle details are displayed by your marketplace provider at purchase time.
• You can use the in-app restore feature to recover eligible prior purchases on supported platforms.
• Refunds and billing disputes are generally handled according to your marketplace provider's policies.

8. Free Plan and Usage Limits

Free usage may include daily or feature-based quotas (for example, a limited number of daily extraction/generation operations). Usage limits may be updated to keep the service sustainable and fair.

9. Third-Party Services and Firebase

Collex may include integrations or links to third-party services, including app marketplaces and Firebase services.

We use Firebase-related analytics and diagnostics workflows to review usage patterns and investigate bug/performance issues. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Collex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if needed to protect the service, users, or legal compliance.
